About Me
I trained as a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor at Bath College of Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), where I graduated with the following qualifications:
-
Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling;
-
Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
I also hold a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling, from Counselling Tutor (BACP and ACTO recognised).
In addition to running my private practice, I have worked as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind for over four years.
I am experienced in supporting clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, health issues, and relationship difficulties. I also have a special interest and experience in working with clients with an inner critical voice, and clients on the autistic spectrum.
When I am not counselling, I enjoy spending time in nature, swimming, and listening to and performing music.
