About Me
I trained as a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor at Bath College of Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), where I graduated with the following qualifications:

-
Level 6 Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling;
-
Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
I also hold a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling, from Counselling Tutor (BACP and ACTO recognised).
Prior to starting my private practice, I worked as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind for several years.

I am experienced in supporting clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and coping with an inner critical voice.
I have a special interest and experience in working with neurodivergent clients, with professional and personal experience of supporting autistic and ADHD individuals.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, playing in an orchestra, swimming, and walking the dog.
