Is counselling for me?

Do you feel that you are in need of some support coping with day to day life at the moment? Perhaps you are feeling anxious or depressed, and wish to develop some coping mechanisms. Perhaps you find you are self critical, and generally have low self-esteem, and would like to understand why. You might want to explore your sense of self, and gain more confidence. These are just some examples of many possible situations we can sometimes find ourselves in.


Counselling can provide you with a safe space in which to explore the difficulties you may be experiencing.  As your counsellor, I will listen to you empathically and without judgement, supporting you through the counselling process as you explore what feels important to you.
